Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the type of anaesthesia chosen:

No hospitalisation is requiredafter a local anaesthetic procedure. After the procedure, you can go home immediately. Within the cities of our clinics, we will take you home free of charge.

After the procedure under analgosedation , you will be transferred to an inpatient ward where you will be monitored for about 2 hours and if everything is fine, you will then be discharged home.

Hospitalisation after surgery under general anaesthesia ranges from 1-2 nights, depending on the type of procedure. The cost of hospitalization is included in the total price of the procedure.

Local anaesthesia: The application of local anaesthesia numbs the area, while the client's perception and ability to move and communicate is preserved. The local anaesthetic is administered by injection or by superficial ointment only. It is used for minor procedures such as eyelid surgery, minor liposuction, etc.

Analgosedation: this is a milder form of general anaesthesia where the client is asleep and does not perceive pain but is not deeply unconscious. Analgosedation is ideal for minor procedures for clients who are afraid of surgery and do not want to be fully conscious.

General anaesthesia. This type of anesthesia is used for major procedures such as breast surgery, abdominal surgery, etc.

For procedures performed under general anaesthesia, hospitalisation is included in the price. For procedures under local anaesthesia or analgosedation, hospitalisation is usually not necessary.

It is essential to be healthy and in good condition for any procedure to avoid unwanted complications. If the operation requires general anaesthesia, it is essential to undergo a comprehensive pre-operative examination. This examination is performed at our clinics and is included in the price of the procedure. For procedures under local anaesthesia, only a basic blood count is sufficient.

Yes, it is necessary to come to the pre-operative examination on an empty stomach. We recommend a light dinner the evening before the examination; the last meal should be before midnight, from midnight onwards drink only water.

You don't have to be hungryfor local anaesthetic procedures . You can have a light breakfast and a drink.

If you are having a procedure under analgesia or general anaesthesia, you need to be fasted. Do not eat, drink or smoke after midnight.

Yes, you will get 1 piece of compression underwear for free. However, we recommend buying spare underwear so that you can change them when washing.

Recovery depends on the type and extent of the procedure. Please refer to the individual procedures for details.

You can generally start physical activity 4 weeks after surgery. Start with walks and gradually add other activities. However, always follow your doctor's instructions.

There are no dietary restrictions after surgery, but we recommend a light diet and avoiding fatty and spicy foods.

It is generally recommended to rest for 5-7 days after surgery. After a week, it is possible to return to light office work. However, always follow the doctor's instructions.

Your skin will feel firmer and softer after the first treatment. On the surface, changes in your skin will be visible for the better after approximately 5 to 12 treatments. However, the rate of improvement in skin condition is individual to each person. Some clients see a significant improvement in the overall condition of their skin after just 5 treatments, for example, while others see a significant effect after 12 sessions. However, just one LPG in the body can start countless healing processes. First of all, it accelerates the activity of the lymphatic system and starts a series of detoxification processes in the body.

The treatment is suitable for almost everyone. There are no side effects or recovery time associated with it. However, LPG Endermologie® body v is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Yes, LPG Endermologie® points have been proven to reduce bruising and swelling. For this reason, massage is also recommended before and after invasive procedures, especially after liposuction. Ideally, you should have 2 treatments before the procedure and 2 more treatments after the procedure - and preferably lasting 35 minutes.

On the contrary, the treatment is very pleasant. The head of the device gently circles the skin all over the body, while you can relax even with your eyes closed, dream or even take a nap during the treatment.

The overcoat is used to help the roller adhere better to the skin during the procedure. It makes the massage easier, better and significantly more effective.

The doctor guides the incision under the edge of the chin, where the 5cm scar is least visible. In addition, we can subsequently correct the healing with a laser - this softens and smooths it overall.

Liposuction removes subcutaneous fat from the area permanently. However, we recommend that you follow a proper lifestyle so that it does not start to be deposited in another area.

Yes, if liposuction is used to slim down only one area, the procedure is performed only under local anaesthesia. There is no need to stay overnight in the clinic and you go home almost immediately after the procedure.

Yes, you will wear a compression halter for about 14 days after the procedure. Your doctor will tell you the exact length of time at your check-up. It depends on how quickly you heal after the procedure.

The ideal solution may be liposuction. Our expert liposuction consultant will choose the appropriate method with you during a free, no-obligation personal consultation.

If it is a so-called closed approach, the postoperative scars are not visible on the nose at all. The incisions are made on the mucosa about 3-4 mm behind the entrance to the nostrils. If it is a so-called open rhinoplasty, a small scar on the nasal septum is visible.

Although bruising does occur on and around the nose after the procedure, clients experience almost no pain during the healing phase.

The reasons are either aesthetic or in terms of nasal function. Cosmetic modifications concern the outer part of the nose, for example, reducing the bump or reducing the tip of the nose. Functional ones relate to improving the functionality of the nose, such as opening the nasal passages for better breathing. However, this type of surgery is usually performed by ENT (ear, nose, throat) specialists.

Sports or more physical activity can be added gradually. Most often you can start 6-8 weeks after surgery.

Bruising usually subsides 10-14 days after the procedure.

The actual surgical healing is completed after approximately 4 weeks. Even if the nose is already nice in shape for the first month after surgery, there may be occasional swelling, redness of the nose (especially with a sudden change in temperature), sometimes even a slight nasal obstruction caused by temporary swelling of the mucous membrane. Healing and scarring of the internal structures of the nose is a long-term affair.

It is necessary to wear the plaster external fixation for 7-10 days after the procedure. It depends on the type of surgery. The skin of the nose and the sensitive skin of the face then needs a few more days to recover.

The tamponade is removed approximately 1-2 days after the procedure. After that, you can breathe freely through your nose. For the first 10 days after the removal of the tamponade, we do not recommend sniffing, but cleaning your nose several times a day with damp cotton buds.

The operation is usually performed under general anaesthesia, followed by a one- to two-day hospital stay in the clinic. It depends on the discretion of the doctor.

We have not encountered any negative effects in the clinic so far.

Yes, we use hyaluronic acid extensively at the clinic, for example for lip augmentation. It also serves very well in mesotherapy - a treatment in which we deliver a cocktail of nutritive substances with this acid in small drops directly into the subcutaneous tissue.

Yes, wrinkle removal is also popular with men.

Hyaluronic acid is the body's own substance, so its application is not dangerous. The procedure is not suitable only if there is an acute skin disease at the treatment site, for example, if you have a cold sore or eczema. However, unlike botulinum toxin, you can also undergo hyaluronic acid filler application during pregnancy, for example.

After applying hyaluronic acid fillers, you will see the first change for the better almost immediately. In the following days, the effect increases. You will usually see the final result within 1-2 weeks after the treatment.

Soreness is individual. In addition, you can choose a filling that already contains an anaesthetic. We use tiny needles and cannulas for application, so the treatment is not invasive. In many cases, therefore, anaesthesia is not even necessary. It's always up to you to decide.

You will enjoy the most visible effect for about half a year or more. The procedure is most often repeated after 8-12 months, i.e. after a year.

The treatment is suitable for almost everyone. There are no side effects or recovery time associated with it. However, the treatment is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

If you decide to treat the so-called banana area with liposuction, i.e. the area just below the crease between the buttocks and the back of the thigh (the so-called inferior gluteal crease), the crease may deepen after the procedure. If the fat pads are excessively removed from this area, the large gluteal muscle may lose support. This would cause the buttocks to sag and overhang over the upper back thigh. However, the desire to treat this area of the buttocks is rarely encountered and the potential complications associated with it are also rare.

Taking a blood thinner is unfortunately a contraindication to the procedure. This medication should not be taken as early as one week before the planned procedure. Thus, it is up to your hematologist to authorize discontinuation of this medication for at least 14 days (one week before and one week after the procedure) without putting you at risk.

Since the treatment at our clinic is performed by experienced staff and, moreover, with the highest quality laser designed for this type of treatment, we do not encounter any complications. Immediately after the procedure, the skin is only a little more sensitive and slightly red.

Overall, more and more women and men are choosing laser hair removal. Women in particular have their underarms, groin, chin, upper lip and calves epilated with the device. For men, the back, chest and neck predominate, and men also use epilation for facial hair correction.

In recent years, there has been a growing interest in laser epilation of intimate areas. After shaving this area with a razor blade or after application of depilatory cream, this area may repeatedly experience hair ingrowth, skin irritation or inflammation. In such cases, laser hair removal may indeed be an option. In addition, a numbing cream can be applied to the area one hour before laser epilation of the intimate area. Thanks to it, the treatment is then virtually painless for the clients. Laser hair removal on this particular sensitive area takes approximately 15-20 minutes and must be repeated 5 to 7 times.

These lasers and light sources differ in wavelength (nm), maximum energy achievable, pulse length, cooling system and target tissue. In general, the most effective method of hair removal is considered to be epilation with the LightSheer DESIRE or MEDIOSTAR diode laser. However, the effect of the treatment depends on the type of hair, the phototype of the skin and the location in which the epilation is performed.

Laser hair removal has the greatest effect if you have dark hair and light skin. However, deviations from this "ideal" do not mean that this epilation method cannot be performed. You just have to allow for a higher number of treatments.

The treated area may be slightly red, swollen or develop a small bruise after treatment. However, all these symptoms usually subside after the first 5 to 10 days.

Shockwave therapy is available at our clinics in Brno and Ústí nad Labem. At our clinic in Prague we offer Emtone treatment, which is a combination of radiofrequency and shockwave.

The treatment is not suitable for pregnant women and especially for clients with bleeding disorders, thrombosis or cancer.

A shock wave is distinguished primarily by its extreme pressure oscillation. Ultrasound is usually a periodic oscillation, whereas in the case of a shock wave it is a single pulse.

Shockwave therapy refers to pulses of mechanical pressure that propagate through the human body in the form of a wave.

In recent years, acoustic shockwave has proven to be an effective non-invasive method to address cellulite problems in particular. Similarly, the therapy is suitable for firming muscles and tightening the skin as well as improving the skin condition in the area of stretch marks. At the clinic, we also highly recommend shock wave therapy after liposuction - especially if the treated area has developed small irregularities in the skin after the procedure.

After liposuction, you will have about 0.5 cm of scars that do not heal, they are only covered with a patch. In addition, they will fuse with the skin within one year of treatment.

After liposuction, it is important to watch your energy intake and expenditure. Metabolism remains the same after the procedure as before. However, if your energy intake is higher, fat will start to be stored preferentially in areas where liposuction was not performed. For example, after breast liposuction, fat may be deposited more in the abdomen. Liposuction reduces fat cells in the problem area, but a certain number of fat cells must remain in the area to maintain body symmetry.

Yes. The most advanced liposuction technique suitable for most clients considering liposuction along with removal of swollen breasts in one procedure is laser breast liposuction.

An expert consultant at the clinic will help you choose the most suitable type of liposuction. Consultation with her is free of charge and completely non-binding (valid only for Brno and Ústí nad Labem). If you want to consult the procedure directly with a plastic surgeon, this is also possible. You will pay 1000 CZK for the consultation with him, but in case of setting a binding date for liposuction and its undergoing, we will reduce the price of the procedure by this amount.

After liposuction, you will have about 5 millimeters of small scars. They do not heal, they are only covered with a patch. Within one year of treatment , they will completely merge with the skin.

After liposuction, it is recommended to limit physical activity for at least 2, but ideally 3 to 5 weeks.

The amount of fat extracted is not determined per kilogram, but per millilitre. It depends on the total weight of the client and the size of the problem area. During the procedure we always try to remove the maximum amount of subcutaneous fat.

During liposuction under local anaesthesia, the problem area is numbed. The client is fully conscious during the procedure and can communicate and cooperate with the doctor. The doctor can position the client well or even stand up to continuously assess the result of the liposuction. In addition, there is no need for hospitalization in the clinic after local anesthesia and the recovery period after the procedure is shorter.

In most cases, we perform knee liposuction together with liposuction of the inner thighs, for example, to maintain the symmetry of the legs, but this does not mean that you cannot have knee liposuction alone. Our liposuction consultant will discuss the suitability of the procedure and the type of liposuction with you.

It depends on your discussion with your doctor and the expected amount of fat to be suctioned, but usually yes. This is because there are two adjacent areas involved, and in the case of liposuction of the knees it is only a small amount of fat reduction.

Tumescent solution is a mixture of adrenaline and an anesthetic. Thanks to adrenaline, there is no blood loss during the procedure and thanks to the anaesthetic, liposuction is almost painless. Most of the solution is sucked out with the fat during the procedure, the rest is excreted in the first few days after liposuction.

You will have a little more scarring after the procedure than after the augmentation itself. However, these are usually smaller scars of around 5 cm in size. Be prepared for a small scar in the area of the areola - there is a vertical scar leading to the bra crease and a small scar leading to the side of the bra crease. The shape of the scar thus resembles an anchor.

Thousands of cases of breast implants have shown no link between implants and the development of cancer. However, the rare lymphoma BIA-ALCL (breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma) should be noted. This lymphoma has only been reported in clients who had breast augmentation with textured implants. If detected early, it is easily treatable in most clients. BIA-ALCL is not a cancer of the breast tissue, but affects the capsule naturally formed around the breast implant.

Yes, however, you must notify your doctor of the presence of implants in your breast before the examination. This is because implants usually cause shading on mammograms, so you must adjust the machine before the examination.

You will be allowed to play active sports, exercise, work out or even do more cleaning in about 1-2 months after the surgery.

Usually after a week. However, you must keep a compression bra on during sex and be very careful in the range of movements.

The final shape of the breasts can be discussed about 3 months after the procedure.

Until the effects of the general anaesthetic have worn off, you will be slightly dazed. You may feel some pain and complain of swelling. Often, you will also feel increased fatigue and exhaustion. But all of this is perfectly natural and normal immediately after surgery. Therefore, you will receive pain medication from us after the procedure and your pain will be significantly relieved just 2 days after surgery.

Plastic surgery of the breasts is a completely individual matter. For some clients the effect of breast augmentation lasts a lifetime, for others the silicone-gel implants may wear out after 10-15 years and then a re-operation is necessary.

As part of the normal healing process, your body can create a strong connective tissue sheath around the implant itself - this then fixes the implant to the surrounding tissue.

The round implants add volume to the upper part of the breasts, filling out the cleavage. Anatomical (drop-shaped) implants are more discreet. They preserve the natural shape of the breasts more.

The operation is conditioned by the completed physical development of the potential client. From a physiological point of view, this requirement is often met by girls under the age of 18, but for these girls, written parental consent is absolutely necessary for the procedure to be performed.

Because it is a more demanding type of surgery in terms of plastic surgery, where it is better for the client's psyche if she actually sleeps through the whole operation. You will wake up in the clinic room, in a heated bed and with a full, though at that moment still, of course, a full cleavage.

Implants as such do not interfere with breastfeeding. But incisions during modeling can disrupt the milk ducts. Clients are therefore always advised of this risk before the procedure.

After surgery, nipple sensitivity may be rather reduced. With few exceptions, the experience of clients shows that sensitivity returns to the breasts and nipples within a few months after surgery.

During the necklift, the doctor makes two shorter incisions behind the ears and one small one under the chin. These are relatively hidden places, so the scars after the operation are hardly noticeable, they are invisible to the unbiased observer, especially with proper postoperative scar care - lubrication and pressure massage.

By the end of the second week after the operation, the operated area is free of major swelling and bruising. Recovery is very individual, some patients heal completely after two weeks.

The operation is conditioned by the completed physical development of the potential client. From a physiological point of view, this requirement is often fulfilled by girls under 18 years of age, but for these girls, the written consent of their parents and, ultimately, the decision of the doctor are also necessary for the procedure to be performed.

Because it is a more demanding type of surgery in terms of plastic surgery, it is better and more comfortable for you to sleep through the whole operation. In fact, you will wake up in a heated bed in the clinic room - at that point, of course, with your cleavage still tucked in.

You don't have to worry. The breast reduction does not damage the mammary gland, so you will not lose the possibility of breastfeeding in the future.

Yes, but the presence of implants in the body should be brought to the attention of the doctor before the examination. Implants can cause shadowing in the mammogram, so the mammogram must be adjusted before the exam.

The duration of surgery depends on the specific condition and the patient's wishes. It is a procedure under general anaesthesia and takes approximately 2 hours. You will stay in the clinic for 1-2 days after the procedure. It depends on your post-operative condition and the discretion of the doctor who operated on you.

Each breast surgery is completely individual. While some clients retain the effect of breast augmentation for a lifetime, others may experience wear and tear of the silicone implants after 10-15 years, and therefore need to have a re-operation. It also depends on the age at which you undergo the procedure.

We recommend wearing compression bras after breast surgery. You will receive 1 piece of post-operative bra free of charge, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Soon after the implant is inserted, the body begins to grow into its surface. This creates a strong connection between the body and the implant, into which new blood vessels and white blood cells migrate. This puts the implant in direct contact with the immune system, which has the added advantage of minimising the risk of infection.

The round implants add volume to the upper part of the breasts, filling out the cleavage. Anatomical (drop-shaped) implants are more discreet. They preserve the natural shape of the breasts more.

Rarely, flu-like symptoms, headaches or weakness may occur after application. Rarely, an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity may occur. In a minority of cases, eyelid drooping or excessive muscle weakness may occur. However, side effects are practically not encountered in our clinic.

Yes, wrinkle removal is of course also popular among men, who also make extensive use of botulinum toxin to eliminate excessive sweating.

The application of botulinum toxin is not suitable for pregnant and lactating women or for people suffering from rare neurological diseases of the neuromuscular disc. We also consider herpes or other infectious diseases to be a contraindication to botulinum toxin application. For example, any inflammation directly in the area to be treated, such as in acne.

The effect of the treatment occurs between 3-5 days, increases over the next week and persists for 3-5 months. Therefore, it is enough to apply botulinum toxin 2 times a year.

The duration of action of the active substance is individual. However, as a rule, the effect lasts about half a year. With each subsequent application, the effect of the substance is even prolonged. In the future, clients usually only need one botulinum toxin wrinkle treatment per year.

These are very fine punctures, which are made with a thin needle. In addition, the area is iced with cooling gels during the treatment.

Not only after liposuction, it is of course important to watch your energy intake and expenditure. The metabolism remains the same after the procedure as before. However, if your energy intake is higher, fat will start to be stored preferentially in areas where liposuction was not performed. For example, after liposuction of the outer thighs, fat may be deposited more in the abdomen, etc. Liposuction reduces fat cells in the problem area, but a certain number of fat cells must remain in the area to maintain the symmetry of the figure.

An expert consultant at the clinic will help you choose the most suitable type of liposuction. Consultation with her is free of charge and completely non-binding (valid only in Brno and Ústí nad Labem). If you want to consult directly with a plastic surgeon about the procedure, of course, this is also possible. You will pay 1000 CZK for the consultation with him, but in case of setting a binding date for the surgery and its undergoing, the price of the procedure will be reduced by this amount.

As a rule, the inner thighs and the inner knee area are treated at the same time to ensure that the effect of the operation is as aesthetically pleasing and symmetrical as possible. During liposuction of the inner knees, we thoroughly suction the inner knee area, always trying to shape them so that they look as anatomically good as possible. However, the fat is not suctioned from the area above the kneecap (patella). Once the fat cushion has been completely suctioned, the thigh muscle would lose support there and its weight could cause skin overhang over the patella.

After liposuction, it is important to watch your energy intake and expenditure. Metabolism remains the same after the procedure as before. However, if your energy intake is higher, you will start to store fat, especially in areas where liposuction was not performed. For example, after liposuction of the hips, fat may be deposited more in the abdomen. Liposuction will reduce fat cells in the problem area, but a certain number of fat cells must remain in the area to maintain body symmetry.

The amount of fat extracted is not determined per kilogram, but per millilitre. The amount depends on the total weight of the client and the size of the problem area. We always try to remove as much subcutaneous fat as possible during the procedure.

We don't perform that kind of surgery at the clinic. If necessary, we recommend a urology clinic to our clients.

Labioplasty is usually performed under general anaesthesia. If you prefer local anaesthesia, please consult your doctor about this option - it depends on the extent of the modifications. However, you would certainly be more comfortable undergoing this type of procedure under general anesthesia. The initial numbness of the area alone is uncomfortable or even painful under local anaesthesia.

No, we do not perform this operation in our clinic. The risk of complications is too high and the subsequent functionality and the desired aesthetic result cannot be guaranteed for our clients.

No, we only offer labioplasty at our clinic.

Our clinic does not have a contract with any health insurance company. Therefore, clients pay for all procedures themselves.

You can book your appointment within approximately 4-6 weeks. It depends on the surgical program of the particular doctor.

After the procedure, you should avoid the sun for some time and consistently lubricate your skin with a protective cream with a high UV factor. SPF 50+ is ideal.

Yes, we perform radiofrequency skin treatments all year round. However, if you come in the summer, you should expect increased skin protection afterwards. For at least a month after the procedure, you need to protect the treated areas with creams with SPF 50+.

Definitely yes, because the treatment is done on an outpatient basis. However, you may have slightly pink and sensitive skin for a few hours after the treatment. For the first week after the treatment, you will also gradually see some scales peeling off your skin - this is the top layer of the skin. Don't worry, this effect is natural, normal and desirable.

No, that's not necessary. Just make sure you take off your clothes and wash your skin thoroughly, or we can do it ourselves before the treatment. You don't even need eye protection during the treatment. However, in the case of dental braces, crowns, and metal implants, which may be more sensitive during the procedure, we can place a gauze square insulation in your mouth.

This procedure does not hurt, rather you may feel a slight burning or pinching sensation.

You will see the results after approximately 6 weeks. However, it will take approximately 3 months for the collagen fibres to rebuild in the skin. The duration of the resulting effect is individual. It is also worth repeating the treatment. The number of sessions always depends on the specific skin problem, the age of the client, the skin type and the location of the treatment.

The number of sessions varies according to the method chosen and of course also depends on your skin problem, its type and condition, the location of the treatment and your age.

It is sufficient to undergo the treatment 1-2 times, approximately 3 weeks apart.

The treatment of pigment spots around the lips, under the nose or on the face can also be treated with a radiofrequency device or chemical peel. You will discuss the suitability and choice of treatment with your doctor during a personal consultation.

To remove redness of the skin, cheeks, neck and décolleté yes. However, we use a special Vbeam laser to remove individual veins.

Discuss the suitability of the procedure with your doctor during a personal consultation. The most common treatments for scars are chemical peels, erbium laser treatment, CO2 laser treatment, radiofrequency treatment or vascular laser.

At the clinic, we use mesotherapy or plasma therapy - rejuvenation of cells with our own blood plasma. And there are also other options. It's best to discuss everything directly with your doctor and choose the best option together.

At the clinic, we perform, for example, deep skin hydration using mesotherapy or plasma therapy, i.e. skin rejuvenation with our own plasma enriched with platelets. However, there are also other dermatological procedures. The best way to do this is to tell your dermatologist about your skin problem and together you can choose the most suitable treatment.

Non-invasive methods of rejuvenation do not break the surface of the skin. They are therefore gentler on the skin. More invasive dermatological treatments unify and smooth the skin. After non-invasive methods, it does not heal through the scabs. However, more invasive skin interventions can also deal with larger imperfections. With all devices, however, the intensity of their penetration into the skin can be adjusted.

In our clinic, we have found mesotherapy or plasma therapy - rejuvenation of cells with our own blood plasma - to be very effective. But there are many more options. The best thing you can do is to tell your dermatologist about your skin problem and he or she will help you choose the best type of treatment.

During the treatment, microscopic damage to the skin surface occurs. After the procedure, a healing cream or mask is applied to the treated area. Within 1-2 days after the treatment, brownish, very fine scabs appear on the skin - the effect of "dirty" skin. However, the scabs naturally detach within a few days. It must not be scratched or forcibly removed. The treated areas should be protected with SPF 50+ for at least one month after the procedure.

Facelift is one of the most popular procedures at our clinic. We offer it in variants: facelift - plastic surgery for more advanced signs of skin aging minilift - procedure for initial signs of skin aging face lift Endotine - minilift with the use of dissolvable implants non-invasive lift Ulthera - skin rejuvenation without the use of a scalpel The doctor will discuss the most suitable option and procedure with you at the initial consultation. The one that will be the safest for you and will bring the expected effect.

Immediate improvement can be seen after the first treatment - the skin becomes brighter, wrinkles and uneven skin are reduced. The best long-term effect is noticeable after 3 sessions and 2-4 months after the end of the treatment. This will show the effect of the newly formed collagen.

Definitely to stay in the sun. You should protect yourself from the sun for at least 4-6 weeks after treatment, ideally with a SPF of at least 50. Radiofrequency skin treatments can be done year-round, but sun protection is still necessary afterwards. However, we recommend that clients prefer to leave laser skin treatments for the autumn and winter months, or early spring, until the sun is less intense.

Only healing creams can be applied to the skin until the formation of fine scabs, which takes 1-2 days. Only after this time you can use make-up and creams again.

The method is suitable for all those who are troubled by wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, pigment spots, the appearance of scars after injuries or after surgical procedures. Radiofrequency facials are also effective for darker skin types or lightly tanned skin for which we cannot use laser therapy.

Yes, but the presence of implants in the body should be brought to the attention of the doctor before the examination. Implants can cause shadowing in the mammogram, so the mammogram must be adjusted before the exam.

There are several options for modelling, depending on the patient's condition. However, the doctor always chooses a surgical procedure that leaves you with minimal visible scars in the breast area. Most often, the scar runs around the areola, from the areola vertically downward and arcing to the bra crease, where it is almost not visible.

The final shape of the breasts can be discussed about 3-6 months after the procedure.

The duration of surgery depends on the specific problem. It is a procedure under general anaesthesia and takes approximately 1-3 hours. You will stay in the clinic for 1-2 days after the procedure. It depends on your post-operative condition and the discretion of the doctor who operated on you.

You will be allowed to play active sports, exercise, work out or even do more cleaning in about 1-2 months after surgery.

During the healing process, tough connective tissue sheaths form around the implants, stabilizing them and connecting them to the surrounding tissues.

The implants are inserted either under the large pectoral muscle or on its surface. Neither way damages the mammary gland, so you will certainly not lose the ability to breastfeed in the future.

If the removal of a mole cannot be postponed for medical reasons, we also remove moles in pregnant and breastfeeding women. However, we do not recommend removing a mole in such a period.

Yes, we use various methods to correct scars and the doctor will recommend the most suitable one during a personal consultation. We use erbium laser treatment, CO2 laser treatment, corticosteroid application, eMatrix radiofrequency treatment, Vbeam laser, IPL treatment, application of hyaluronic acid fillers.

If the clinical examination shows that it is a mole that can be removed by laser rather than surgery, then yes. The laser treatment will actually vaporise the mole. On the other hand, unfortunately, histological examination is not possible afterwards.

Unfortunately, no. In order for us to perform the surgery, your skin must be completely healthy, i.e. free of any purulent deposits and skin diseases.

Yes, I am! We also perform a modern method of facelift with a long-lasting effect, the great advantage of which is the outpatient execution under local anaesthesia. This procedure is called MyFaceLift. It is an effective combination of the effect of a classic facelift with the shorter recovery time of a minimally invasive procedure.

We recommend filling wrinkles around the mouth only after complete healing. At the earliest 2 months after the procedure.

The duration of wearing compression underwear (called halters) is always individual. It depends on how quickly the client heals. The approximate time is 2-4 weeks, for smokers healing usually takes longer. The doctor will tell you more at the check-up according to your current condition.

Yes. We even perform this combination of interventions quite often.

Definitely yes. With the passage of time, we recommend our clients additional treatment of small scars and wrinkles in the face with the methods performed by our corrective dermatologists at the clinic. For the most perfect result we most often offer hyaluronic acid fillers and botulinum toxin application, very often also various laser treatments. The facelift is used to tighten the lower and outer part of the face, but the medium remains unchanged. This is why it is ideal to go to a dermatologist afterwards.

A minilift is less invasive and also cheaper than a facelift, but the result of a minilift is usually smaller. The facelift is performed under general anesthesia, so it is followed by a one-day hospitalization in the clinic. With a minilift, we remove a smaller amount of skin. At your pre-operative appointment, your doctor will discuss your options in detail and help you choose the right solution for your problem.

There may be slight hair loss at the incision site or the hair may be thinner for some time. However, their normal growth will naturally resume within a few weeks to months after surgery.

A browlift may be associated with some postoperative discomfort and pain, but nothing that we would not be able to minimize with conventional analgesics.

The effect of plastic surgery of the forehead and eyebrows is long-term, lasting 5-10 years. However, it is necessary to take into account that the skin is constantly working. Therefore, with increasing age, the forehead and eyebrows may drop again.

We recommend skipping sports on the day of the treatment to give the body time to regenerate. However, it depends on the specific physical and psychological condition of each client. If you feel well in all respects, there is nothing to prevent you from being physically active the same day.

The device has two heads, so it can simultaneously suck and freeze fat from one single area (e.g. abdomen) or from a pair of areas (e.g. thighs or hips). A maximum of 2 consecutive treatments (2×70 minute treatments) can be performed in one day.

Cryolipolysis is more suitable for smaller amounts of fat, rather for body shaping. As far as the effect in the abdominal area is concerned, for example, it causes some clients a visibly significant fat loss after just one treatment. It always depends on the initial amount of fat tissue and partly on the client's lifestyle after the procedure.

You may find the treatment a little uncomfortable the first time the fat is sucked into the applicator of the device. However, it is not painful and you will only feel a slight pressure in the area to be treated. However, the next few minutes of the procedure (the treatment lasts a total of 70 minutes) you are lying comfortably on the bed and resting. The nurse will cover you with a blanket for comfort. You can fall asleep, read, talk on the phone... The first few minutes after removing the head of the device may seem slightly uncomfortable. The treated area is red and cold for a while. However, the nurse will massage the area thoroughly and the discomfort will quickly subside.

A healthier diet and limiting alcohol consumption will definitely help to achieve an even better result and slim down even more. Lymph will then more easily eliminate fat from the body. However, a healthy lifestyle should be seen as a recommendation, it is definitely not a regulation. The slimming effect should happen anyway.

The first minutes after removing the applicator, the area is slightly red and frosty. Immediately after removing the device head, the nurse massages the area gently (approximately 10 minutes). For the first week, the treated area may be slightly swollen. Some people may have small bruises in the area, but this does not happen often. After a week, the slight swelling will subside and gradually the first results of slimming will begin to appear.

Yes, we provide treatments throughout the year - without limitations.

Unfortunately, no, botulinum toxin injection is not suitable for them.

The substance must not be administered to people who suffer from rare neurological diseases that take place on the neuromuscular disc. We also do not perform botulinum toxin application if there is ongoing inflammation at the treatment site.

Botulinum toxin is a substance that prevents the transmission of nerve excitement to the sweat glands. This causes an attenuation of their activity and a temporary prevention of sweating.

Injections are made with a fine insulin needle at the site of numbness.

Very quickly. Usually after 3 to 7 days after treatment, then within 14 days at the latest.

The duration of action is very individual, but most often corresponds to 4 to 12 months.

The perception of pain is very individual, for some the application can be unpleasant - especially in the area of the soles of the feet. However, a numbing cream can be applied to the area approximately one hour before treatment.

Definitely not. Removing excessive sweating is, on the contrary, very popular with men.

Yes. The most advanced liposuction technique suitable for most clients undergoing both at the same time - removal of swollen breast gland including liposuction - is to perform laser breast liposuction. The combined procedure is performed under general anaesthesia and is normally followed by a one-day hospital stay in the clinic.

Only the ultrasound examination that precedes the procedure will show whether you are going to undergo invasive liposuction or plastic surgery on your breasts. If it turns out that it is gynecomastia, the doctor will evaluate at the consultation preceding the procedure whether the enlarged breast tissue will be surgically removed or whether the procedure will be combined with liposuction for a better appearance of your breasts. In this case, doctors most often perform SlimLipo or LipoDefine laser breast liposuction.

Basically, yes. Only if your skin is too loose from the weight of the fatty tissue, the extra skin may make it more difficult to attach to the bottom of the chin. If this is the case, transverse "varhans" or skin overhangs will sometimes appear on the lower part of the chin. Before the procedure, however, the doctor will evaluate the condition of the skin and inform you of the possible risk of complications or recommend another type of procedure.

Thus, it is up to your hematologist to authorize discontinuation of this medication for at least 14 days (one week before and one week after the procedure) without putting you at risk.

You only need to undergo the procedure under local anesthesia, so you will be discharged home immediately after the procedure. Recovery then proceeds as standard, as after liposuction of another area undergoing only local anaesthesia. However, as this is a small area with a small amount of fat extracted, the healing time will not be long or difficult. However, you will enjoy the effect of the procedure. At least these are the reactions we often get from our clients.

It depends on the pain threshold of each client. Sex as such, however, does not harm the result, it does not change the postoperative state.

There are several reasons for the development of a fat pad in this delicate area. Genetics may be to blame, but in addition to this, fat in the bulge area can also be caused, for example, by a caesarean birth or other abdominal surgery. This can happen after a tummy tuck, for example.

The difference is in the assessment of the elasticity of the skin and also in the amount of subcutaneous fat. The indications for abdominoplasty are as follows: either the skin is sagging and forms a skin overhang, or its elasticity is so compromised that it will not be able to retract after fat loss. If minimal subcutaneous fat volume is observed (so-called hard abdomen) and the cause of the bulging shape of the abdomen is loose muscle (muscle spacing, most often occurring after childbirth), abdominoplasty must be performed for abdominoplasty. However, a bulging abdomen is often also the result of intestinal fat storage. In this case, plastic surgery will not help and it is necessary to start a reduction diet.

After the end of breastfeeding and after the hormonal postpartum levels have stabilized. The client's weight should be stable. It is generally recommended to wait preferably one year after delivery.

The ideal abdomen for liposuction is one that has a large amount of subcutaneous fat and skin that can accommodate the volume loss after liposuction. Then comes the choice of the most suitable liposuction method.

Yes, mesotherapy of the scalp is an effective prevention and treatment that helps, among other things, the growth of new hair. However, the protocols of scalp mesotherapy differ from the traditional anti-aging mesotherapy of the face, décolleté, neck and backs of the hands.

Yes. Important nutrients promote the production of collagen and elastin, substances responsible for the elasticity of the skin. As we age, these substances naturally diminish in the skin. Mesotherapy offers a way to reintroduce these beneficial and natural substances back into the skin.

Immediately after the procedure, the skin is slightly red, slightly swollen and more sensitive, punctures or bruises may be visible. Recovery occurs between 1-3 days.

Ideally, we recommend applying fat to the upper half of the buttocks and to other smaller areas just for tightening. The fat is partially absorbed by the body and the area of the buttocks where we sit is the area that loses fat the fastest. So the effect of augmentation would not be as pronounced or long lasting in this area of the buttocks. Furthermore, it is not applied to the gluteal muscles for patient safety.

We always try to meet the client's requirements. On average, we inject around 250 ml of fat into one buttock.

During the first few months after surgery, some of the injected fat is absorbed. Therefore, the size of the buttocks just after surgery is not yet final. After a few months, the blood vessels begin to supply the transferred fat cells and the fat absorption stops. After that, the result is permanent - provided, of course, that you do not radically change your weight. We usually repeat the procedure at least once (after a year) to replenish the absorbed fat in the buttocks and achieve the effect the client desires.

With the use of general anaesthesia, eyelid surgery can be performed, for example, together with a facelift, i.e. facial plastic surgery. The excellent result of the procedure and the effect of facial rejuvenation can then be enhanced by the subsequent application of botulinum toxin. This serves, among other things, as a solution to mimic wrinkles in the outer corners of the eyes. However, the procedure must always be approved by a doctor.

In the case of the lower eyelids, a very popular and effective method of laser surgery is the so-called lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty. The operation is performed with a laser beam under a short anaesthesia (about 30 minutes), without skin incision and without sutures. Thus, no scar is left on the eyelid after the procedure, which is an advantage over the conventional method.

Yes, and clearly in a positive sense. After plastic eyelid surgery, you will no longer suffer from frequent watery eyes, you will not struggle so much with eye fatigue and often even headaches will subside.

You can use skin cosmetics and make-up again in the operated area about 2 weeks after the procedure.

No, just expect reduced comfort, swelling and bruising. Applying cooling gels, eye drops or ointment, plus medications for swelling and bruising will make the process more pleasant. We do not recommend any major physical exertion for the first week after surgery.

After plastic eyelid surgery performed using the conventional method (with a scalpel), you can go home immediately after the procedure and observe a resting regime for about a week. If we choose a combination of conventional plastic surgery and laser method, you will stay in the clinic for 1 day.

Yes, we perform a combination of upper eyelid surgery using the classic method and lower eyelid surgery using the CO2 laser quite often. However, the plastic surgeon will consult with you in advance and recommend the most suitable treatment method.

The shape of the eyelids changes as the skin gradually loses its elasticity. However, the fat sacs that press on the circular eye muscle also have a major influence. This causes an unpleasant bulging of the lower eyelids, the so-called bags under the eyes.

We usually allow normal physical exercise after about a week. However, it is recommended to start sports activities at least one month after surgery.

You will return to our clinic 5 to 8 days after surgery. We'll check to make sure everything is okay and remove the stitches.

Yes, and clearly in a positive sense. After plastic eyelid surgery, the client's vision usually improves, the frequent watery eyes stop bothering him/her, he/she does not struggle so much with eye fatigue and often even headaches subside.

After the procedure, usually only minor bruising and small swellings appear, which usually subside within a week after the surgery.

You can use skin cosmetics and make-up in the operated area again after approximately 2 weeks after the procedure.

Yes, but you can numb the pain with over-the-counter analgesics and ice packs. We also advise against major physical exertion for the first week after surgery.

After plastic eyelid surgery performed using the conventional method (with a scalpel), you can go home immediately after the procedure. There you will follow a resting regime for about a week. If you choose a combination of conventional plastic surgery and the laser method, you will stay in the clinic for one day.

It is because of the overgrowth and loosening of these tissues that skin overhangs form on the upper eyelids.

We usually allow normal physical exercise after about two weeks. However, it is recommended to start sports activities one month after the surgery at the earliest.

You will return to our clinic 5 to 7 days after the surgery. We'll check to make sure everything is okay and remove the stitches.

Since the CO2 laser head penetrates the vaginal environment during the procedure, we do not perform the treatment during menstruation. However, if menstruation does not arrive on the day of the procedure, it is not a problem to reschedule the treatment.

FemLase does without any anesthesia. Before the procedure, the urologist will swab the vaginal area to dry it, then insert a unique laser head inside. The doctor then slowly rotates the head in the vagina, treating the woman's intimate area centimeter by centimeter. He works from the deepest point out of the vagina, from the cervix to the vaginal entrance. The treatment does not hurt and takes only 15-20 minutes.

Rejuvenating the vagina and resolving a number of already mentioned health complications has a long-term effect. The exact period of time cannot be determined, it is always individual. In general, however, the rejuvenation of the vagina, the narrowing of the vagina and the absence of a number of health complications last for approximately two years. After that, it is worth repeating the FemLase procedure.

The treatment is a suitable solution for clients who only need to remove a very small amount of fat. It is rather a kind of minor cosmetic correction of the area in question. For the removal of larger amounts of unwanted fat we recommend liposuction.

Clients who are afraid of injections may find the treatment performed with tiny injections uncomfortable, but the treatment itself is not painful.

You will see the effect after 2-3 weeks after the treatment.

Yes, bruising and small swellings usually appear after the procedure, but after laser surgery they are smaller than in the conventional method and disappear faster.

In the case of the lower eyelids, surgery can be performed using the classic method with a scalpel.

Yes, and clearly in a positive sense. After plastic eyelid surgery, the client's vision usually improves, the frequent watery eyes stop bothering him/her, he/she does not struggle so much with eye fatigue and often even headaches subside.

You can use skin cosmetics and make-up again in the operated area about 2 weeks after the procedure.

Yes, but you can numb the pain with over-the-counter analgesics and ice packs. For the first week after the operation, we do not recommend any major physical exertion.

After the laser surgery, as well as in the case of a combination of conventional plastic surgery and the laser method, you will stay with us for one day in the clinic.

Yes, we perform a combination of upper eyelid surgery using the classic method and lower eyelid surgery using the CO2 laser quite often. However, you will have to consult a plastic surgeon before the procedure, who will choose the most suitable method of treatment.

It may happen that the scar is significantly reduced by the corticosteroid, but at the same time it expands to a larger area or decreases below the skin level.

The soreness is very individual, but it is more like a short pinch. But you will definitely feel the prick.

You don't have to. In the case of ultrasound (sonography) of the breasts, it doesn't matter. However, if you go for a mammogram, then tell the doctor about it. The mammogram works on the principle of X-rays, and in this case it must be repositioned so that as much breast tissue as possible is visible in the image.

Of course, no examination method is 100%. Including sonography. There is always the possibility that the tumour may be hidden in the breast gland and not visible on examination. Tumors in the body behave differently. Some are easy to detect on examination, others can hide. Regular sonography is important in breast care, as well as mammography and regular breast self-examination. If you notice any changes in your breasts, we recommend that you see a doctor.

Implants do not pose any risk in terms of breast cancer. We recommend that you have a check-up as often as once a year from the age of 30-35. If there is a family history of breast cancer, even earlier. Approximately from the age of 25.

The breast ultrasound examination can be done at the same time as the pre-operative examination, at least 2 weeks before the procedure. However, you can also come to us for a breast scan earlier, for example, one month before the procedure. Sometimes this is even more convenient. Breast sonography can reveal any possible lesions that need to be checked by biopsy before surgery. You will know the results of the biopsy within two weeks.

Ultrasound emits waves that are reflected in the human body on various tissues. These reflections are then picked up again and an image is calculated, which is then shown to the doctor on a monitor. Ultrasound waves are not harmful. You can therefore have the examination repeatedly.

Mammography works on the principle of X-rays, which are not completely safe for the human body. However, the risk of the X-ray examination compared to its benefit (early diagnosis of cancer) is quite minimal. Sonography or ultrasound is completely harmless compared to mammography and can therefore be used even in pregnancy. In women over 45 years of age, mammography cannot be replaced by any other examination, including sonography. On the other hand, in younger women who have many glands in their breasts, mammography cannot detect much. Therefore, we recommend sonography for this age group of women.

Our recommendation is once a year. So, ideally, come for an examination one year after the surgery. In case of complications after the procedure, the plastic surgeon sends the client for breast sonography earlier. We can also detect various postoperative complications with breast ultrasound. For example, the so-called seroma (fluid formed around the implant) or a possible rupture (rupture) of the implant. However, due to the maximum quality of the implants we use at the clinic, we hardly encounter this.

Yes, it is definitely possible to operate on only one ear pin. If the procedure is unilateral, the price is of course lower.

Ear surgery is performed under local anaesthesia. For children under 10 years of age, however, we usually recommend surgery under general anaesthesia so that children are not afraid and the surgery is safer.

The surgical wound usually takes 1-2 weeks to heal. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to strict hygiene - outpatient checks with dressings are carried out. Stitches are removed in about 2 weeks, but cartilage is fully healed in about 2-3 months.

During the procedure itself, we numb the operated area. After the anaesthetic wears off, about 3-4 hours after the procedure, the operated area starts to hurt. The analgesics your doctor recommends will help.

We recommend an elevated head position, sleep rather backwards for a few days. You can put pillows next to your head to prevent it from turning and sleeping on its side, i.e. on one of the operated sides.

Yes, acne scars can also be removed in this way. However, it is always up to the dermatologist's discretion as to which treatment he or she recommends during a personal consultation. In addition to the erbium laser, for example, CO2 laser treatment or radiofrequency treatment is also used in this case.

We use various methods and combinations of methods to correct scars. The most common methods of scar treatment are corticosteroid application, CO2 laser treatment or radiofrequency treatment. Our doctor will recommend the most suitable method during a personal consultation.

We offer tattoo removal or laser pigmentation removal with this type of laser only at our clinics in Prague and Brno.

It always depends on the pigment, age or quality of the permanent make-up. It is best to discuss your options with your doctor. It can be more complicated, for example, when removing a botched lip contour. Pigments used for contouring usually contain iron oxides. These react by turning black after the laser pulse. Therefore, before removing permanent lip contour, we always perform a one-pulse test to make sure that there is no adverse reaction. If the permanent make-up contains iron, we can remove it by repeated and gentle vaporization (evaporation). However, scarring is more likely with this method.

The number of repetitions of the laser treatment depends on how much pigment is under the skin or how old and good the tattoo is. The doctor must carefully balance the strength of the pulses so that they are effective and yet the skin heals well after treatment. If the tattoo or pigmentation is to be completely lost, it is definitely necessary to repeat the laser treatment several times. In the case of tattoo removal, this involves 3-8 treatments at an interval of 6 weeks.

A pre-operative examination is always crucial, where the surgeon will assess your condition and suggest the most appropriate course of action. In some cases, the doctor will recommend a combination of plastic surgery and liposuction. However, if you are considering surgery in other areas of the body, such as liposuction of the abdomen, we usually perform the surgery in two stages at least 3 months apart - so that the body can cope well.

For a number of years. However, the effect of the procedure may be disturbed by a significant change in your weight in the future, so make sure you maintain a good lifestyle. Over time, age will also begin to have a natural effect on the skin. As you age, your skin will gradually lose elasticity again. This can be improved, for example, with a non-invasive skin tightening treatment - microneedle radiofrequency.

Studies and client follow-ups have shown that the earlier the treatment is started, the better the results.

Yes. Although the degree of lightening varies from client to client, there is always an improvement.

It is possible to treat the whole affected area at once, but of course it is also possible to treat it in parts.

The laser treatment itself is quick, taking only a few minutes.

The laser pulse is like a pinch, a snap of a rubber band and is repeated many times in succession. Local anaesthesia cannot be used for the procedure. Adult clients usually endure the procedure without much difficulty. For children, we more often use the option of putting them to sleep. In addition, the treated area is cooled after the treatment.

Morpheus8 can effectively help prevent the signs of skin aging by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, firming the skin and improving its texture and tone. Regular treatment and combination with other preventive measures can contribute to a longer lasting and more youthful skin appearance.

Yes. Promotes the production of collagen and elastin, the substances responsible for skin elasticity. As we age, these substances naturally diminish in the skin. Microneedle radiofrequency offers a way to restart these rejuvenating processes in the skin.

Yes, the skin may become red after Morpheus8 treatment, which is a common reaction to microneedling and radiofrequency energy. The redness is usually temporary and may last for a few hours to a few days, depending on the sensitivity of the skin and the extent of the treatment.

Yes, because blood plasma also contains important growth factors and proteins. These promote the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid, substances responsible for hydration, elasticity and youthful skin appearance. As we age, however, these substances gradually diminish in the skin. However, plasma therapy can be used to replenish them in important places.

Immediately after the procedure, the skin is red and a little swollen. Small bruises may also appear. However, healing occurs very quickly. For best results, we recommend repeating the procedure three times 2-3 weeks apart.

In addition to rejuvenation and regaining the natural volume of the labia majora, the vulvo-vaginal area is hydrated and the condition of the genital mucosa is improved

We do not perform intimate treatments on pregnant and breastfeeding women, women with infections in the treated area and women suffering from serious diseases. We also recommend that clients undergo treatment outside of menstrual days.

For the first 3 days after the treatment, we recommend that clients follow a resting regime, which means, among other things, not having sexual intercourse. After this time there are no restrictions.

The duration of the effect of the filling is individual, approximately 9-12 months. It depends on the age of the client, genetic disposition, etc. Some improvement in the condition and appearance of the outer labia is noticeable immediately after the application of the filler, but the final result of the treatment can be assessed after 2 weeks.

Yes, it is even the first European product of its kind to be registered as a medical device and to receive the CE mark. It therefore meets all the requirements and standards for health and safety.

It is not, because the doctor first injects an anaesthetic into the area of the labia majora and the entrance to the vaginal environment using a thin needle. Thanks to this, the subsequent application of the filler with a blunt cannula is almost not felt.

The filler helps to address especially the loss of volume of the labia majora caused by aging and hormonal changes. The treatment results in rejuvenation of the external genitalia. The youthful contour of the labia majora is restored and their natural volume is regained. At the same time, the hydration of the vulvo-vaginal area and the condition of the genital mucosa are also improved.

During the treatment, a hyaluronic acid-based filler is applied directly to the large (outer) labia majora, the so-called labia majora. The treatment is therefore suitable for all women who desire visible rejuvenation of the external genitalia.

The treatment will be performed by a corrective dermatologist after prior consultation with you. No gynaecological examination is necessary before the procedure. The treatment is performed only on an outpatient basis and takes only a few minutes.

No, but we do give clients premedication. Approximately 3 hours before the procedure Novalgin, Panadol and one hour before the procedure Nimesil.

There can be no question of pain directly. However, clients often feel heat deep in the skin, which is a little uncomfortable for some clients.

Facelift is one of the most popular procedures at our clinic. We offer it in variants: facelift - plastic surgery for more advanced signs of skin aging. Then a minilift - a procedure for the initial signs of skin aging. During the initial consultation, the doctor will discuss with you the adequate option and procedure that will be the safest for you and will bring the expected effect.

No, after this treatment the skin is not red or hypersensitive.

There may be slight hair loss at the incision site or the hair may be thinner for some time. However, their classic growth will naturally resume within a few weeks to months after surgery.

The forehead can be raised by endoscopic surgery with skin displacement on the forehead. This will also raise the eyebrows. The incisions in this procedure are in the hair and so are not actually visible. However, it is important to consult a doctor before the procedure. He or she will professionally assess whether such an operation would be suitable for the client.

The effect of plastic surgery of the forehead and eyebrows is long-term, lasting 5-10 years. However, it is necessary to take into account that the skin is constantly working. Therefore, with increasing age, the forehead and eyebrows may drop again.

The procedure is performed under general anaesthesia, but a direct browlift can also be performed under local anaesthesia. Slight swelling and bruising may occur after the operation. Due to gravity, bruising may then move lower in the eye and cheek area. However, the bruising will disappear in about 14 days.

If you are looking for a less invasive procedure than a forehead lift, we also perform the following procedures: thread lift (mesonite), which tightens the skin for 2-3 years. Minilift, which is especially suitable for removing the initial signs of aging. Application of botulinum toxin, which effectively removes wrinkles; the procedure must be repeated to achieve a long-lasting effect. Treatment of the skin with microneedle radiofrequency.

It depends on the condition of the abdomen - the amount of excess skin and the weight. In order to make the effect of the surgery as pronounced as possible and the resulting tummy slim, we usually recommend a diet before the surgery. By having the client lose weight before the procedure, we can remove any loose skin. If they were to radically reduce their weight after surgery, the overhang may become loose again. Make an appointment for a consultation where the doctor will examine you and discuss with you the most appropriate procedure.

The key is how the doctor assesses the state of skin elasticity and the amount of subcutaneous fat. He or she will suggest abdominoplasty if the skin on the abdomen is sagging or if its elasticity is so compromised that it will not be able to stretch back after fat loss.

Sometimes the cause of the bulging shape is loose musculature, despite minimal subcutaneous fat; in these cases, abdominoplasty is appropriate. A bulging abdomen is also often the result of visceral fat surrounding the internal organs. In this case, abdominal liposuction will not help and the surgeon will recommend a reduction diet.

The types of breast surgery (breast augmentation, reduction, modelling or combined breast surgery) and abdominal surgery (liposuction or abdominoplasty) are decisive. For example, it is possible to combine breast augmentation with liposuction of the abdomen. However, abdominoplasty is a relatively demanding procedure, so we recommend that you undergo each procedure separately.

Yes, abdominoplasty is possible in this case. A sonographic examination will be necessary before the procedure to determine the exact location of the port and to ensure that the operation goes well.

It depends on the condition of your tummy - the amount of excess skin and also your weight. In order to make the effect of the surgery as noticeable as possible and to keep your tummy nice and slim, we usually recommend a diet before the surgery. By having the client lose some weight before the procedure, we can then remove any loose skin. If they were to radically reduce their weight after surgery, the overhanging skin may loosen again. Make an appointment for a consultation where the doctor will examine you and discuss the most appropriate procedure with you.

Application of polynucleotides is not suitable for pregnant and lactating women and for people suffering from rare neurological diseases. Herpes or other infectious diseases are also considered contraindications for application. Inflammation directly in the treated area, such as acne, is also a contraindication.

The duration of action of the active substance is individual. For best results and for a radiant and youthful eye area, we recommend repeating the procedure 2-3 times at intervals of 2-4 weeks. To maintain skin regeneration, we recommend repeating the polynucleotide biostimulation every 4-6 months.

Scars will remain on the inside of the arms, from the elbow to the arm pit. They vary in character and width from client to client. At the clinic, we can offer dermatological procedures that will make the scars on the arms significantly less visible or partially disappear.

The scar can be treated with a laser or cared for with Strataderm silicone gel, which heals scars. You can buy it at our clinic.

The compression underwear serves as a bandage to aid proper healing and reduce post-operative swelling. The elastic underwear tightens the treated area and reduces pain during the important healing phase after the procedure.

The chemical peel can be complemented with a 633 nm Starlux red light treatment to promote skin regeneration. For some types of treatments, it is advisable to combine the peeling with an IPL treatment.

It is important to keep in mind what you expect from a chemical peel. Be aware that chemical peels cannot replace surgical procedures such as dermabrasion. However, it can improve your appearance and give you a more youthful look.

The length of the treatment varies depending on the type of peel and the health of the skin. The mixture is usually left on the skin for 2-15 minutes.

Chemical peels give you a fresh look. The skin will be regenerated, but you will not prevent skin aging, gravity or further formation of facial wrinkles. Therefore, we recommend that you undergo the chemical peel again after some time.

For acute infection or inflammation in the area (e.g. herpes), eczema, isotretinoin treatment, irritated or injured skin. The treatment is also not recommended when the skin is prone to scarring. And be careful, even with unrealistic expectations of the effect.

Immediately after the peeling, the skin is reddened, with occasional whitening. After about 2 to 3 days, the skin starts to peel slightly. For the next 14 days after the procedure, it is necessary to protect the treated area from UV radiation and use creams with a high protection factor.

The treatment can significantly improve the skin condition and positively affect various manifestations of skin aging, uneven pigmentation, roughened or roughened skin, fine lines, keratoses or acne. Chemical peeling is also suitable for flat viral warts, milia, solar keratosis or seborrheic "age spots". The therapy is suitable for oily, porous skin, and can also promote skin hydration and unify skin colour.

The most popular of the active ingredients is glycolic acid, known as fruit acid (AHA). New generations of chemical peels combine other active ingredients (whitening, keratoregulating, revitalizing), which makes it possible to choose a more suitable chemical peel for a specific problem.

We always deal with risk moles by excision, i.e. surgical excision, and always send them for histology. Harmless growths and moles with no health risks are vaporised with the erbium laser.

IPL pulsed light treatment is suitable for pigment spots. Pulsed light does not break the skin surface and is gentler on the skin. It does not address skin irregularities and does not work in depth. Therefore, there is no risk of bleeding or infection. After the treatment, you go straight home.

The most common treatments for scars are chemical peels, erbium laser treatment, CO₂ laser treatment, radiofrequency treatment or vascular laser.

We have good experience with mesotherapy or plasmatherapy - rejuvenation of cells with our own blood plasma. But there are also other options. It is best to consult your doctor directly and together choose the best option for you.

CO₂ laser is an ablative type of laser that emits light radiation in the form of a concentrated beam. It makes small holes (micro thermal zones = MZT) in the skin, which are filled with new skin as it heals. This leads to a renewal and tightening of the skin, causing more visible and pronounced rejuvenation. Healing is manifested by tiny scabs. IPL pulsed light works by emitting a broad spectrum of light with different wavelengths that non-ablatively removes melanin pigments, resolves subtle redness or veins and superficially contributes to skin rejuvenation. It can be combined with a chemical peel.

You will be allowed to play active sports, exercise, work out or even do more cleaning in about 3 weeks after surgery.

We place the implants completely under the gluteal muscle. This ensures that during an active lifestyle, the implants are unlikely to deform, move higher or drop below the level of the buttocks.

More demanding physical activity - sports, exercise, weight training or even more cleaning - will be allowed only 1-1.5 months after surgery.

Compared to other breast augmentation procedures, breast augmentation with your own fat is associated with a slightly shorter recovery time. However, like other breast augmentations, you must wear an elastic bra without underwire for at least 1 month after the procedure. However, compared to implant augmentation or implant augmentation including modeling, for example, this is a gentler procedure that is accompanied by less pain during the healing period.

It depends on your lifestyle, possible weight fluctuations or hormonal changes in the future. For example, if you lose a lot of weight, you can of course also lose weight in the bust area. In the same way, breasts usually change shape during pregnancy and then change with breastfeeding. So if you want more certainty of a fuller cleavage in the future, you should consider breast augmentation with implants instead.

Breast augmentation with your own fat does not risk damaging the mammary gland. Therefore, the procedure will definitely not deprive you of the possibility of breastfeeding in the future.

If the filler is applied for the first time, it is absorbed within approximately 6 months. However, with each successive repetition, the period of effect increases. However, it always depends on the type and amount of material used, your age and other individual factors.

You don't have to worry. The ret is rubbed with a numbing cream before application, which reduces sensitivity and pain during the procedure. We also have the option of local numbing by injection. In addition, most fillers already contain an anesthetic (lidocaine), which makes the application more comfortable overall for our clients.

Hyaluronic acid, the body's own substance, is extremely safe for the body and effectively hydrates and regenerates the lips. Indeed, an allergic reaction to it is very rare.

Lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid is a gentle outpatient procedure in which your doctor injects a hyaluronic acid filler using a thin needle or cannula. After 6-12 months, however, the filler needs to be refilled. The price depends on the type and amount of material used. We do not perform permanent lip augmentation at the clinic.

The duration of surgery depends on the specific condition and the patient's wishes. It is a procedure under general anaesthesia and takes approximately 2 hours. You will stay in the clinic for 1-2 days after the procedure. It depends on your post-operative condition and the discretion of the doctor who operated on you.

There are a number of reasons for this. As such, breast asymmetry tends to be hereditary. However, over the years there are also changes in the shape of the breasts, most often due to age, weight fluctuations and hormonal changes - pregnancy or breastfeeding. Similarly, inflammatory disease, trauma or surgery for breast cancer can also affect the shape of the breasts.

Yes, this procedure is used to correct breast asymmetry.

The procedure very often solves the problem of sagging breasts, makes them firmer, shapes them overall and can also deal with the modification of the areolae. The procedure will not make the breasts smaller, but the change in shape will make them look different - much better!

The period of return to normal life depends on the nature and extent of the interventions. It is usually possible to do light physical activity after about 3 to 4 weeks and to return to work after 2 to 3 weeks.

The result is long-term. However, it is important to remember that the aging process cannot be stopped and physical changes may occur over time.

For procedures involving general anaesthesia, hospitalisation is necessary. Usually the stay in the clinic lasts 2 days.

We will tell you the exact price for Mommy Makeover after consultation with the operator. The complexity of each procedure varies and the price cannot be determined until we have clarified all your requirements together. The total price includes consultation with the plastic surgeon, comprehensive pre-operative examination, anesthesia, the surgery itself, hospitalization at our clinic and post-operative care package. Once we agree on the total price, you will not pay anything extra.

A Mommy Makeover can consist of any treatments you desire. Most often, moms undergo breast surgery (breast augmentation with implants or their own fat, breast modeling or breast reduction), abdominoplasty, liposuction, or aesthetic dermatology procedures such as acne scar refinement, stretch marks, or C-section. We can also improve the overall skin condition and hair quality. We can also include other procedures in a Mommy Makeover, such as labioplasty, facelift, or other procedures to suit your individual needs.

Because it is a more demanding type of surgery in terms of plastic surgery, where it is better for the client's psyche if she actually sleeps through the whole operation. You will wake up in the clinic room, in a heated bed and with a full, though at that moment still, of course, a full cleavage.

The duration of action of the active substance is individual. However, as a rule, the effect lasts about half a year to a year.

For all those who observe premature signs of aging in the face and want to slow them down. The procedure is an alternative to invasive surgical procedures.

After the procedure, you need to wear a special compression mask that looks a bit like a halter. We recommend wearing the mask continuously for the first 2 days, after that you only need to wear it at night for 2 weeks.

Other options include, for example, Lumecca intense pulsed light (IPL photorejuvenation), resurfacing, microneedle radiofrequency, hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin-based filler materials, microneedling - mesotherapy or plasma therapy - rejuvenation of cells with their own blood plasma. It is best to discuss everything directly with your doctor and choose the best solution together.

The extent of removal of excess skin from the areola is determined by the doctor. It depends on the size and shape of the client's breasts, but we always strive for the most natural result.

Simply reducing the size of the areola will not deprive you of the possibility of breastfeeding. You do not even have to worry if the reduction of the areolae is done as part of a breast augmentation with implants. It is always a matter of doctor-client agreement and the choice of surgical technique.

The procedure does not require any recovery. Immediately after and during the next two days, however, your scalp may be a little red, swollen or slightly sensitive to touch. You may also feel a slight itch. However, your skin will soon return to normal. In addition, you will return to your normal daily activities straight away.

This is a therapy suitable for almost anyone. It is popular among both men and women and also restores self-confidence to teenagers who suffer from hair loss, for example due to hormonal imbalance.

There is also mesotherapy treating the face, neck and décolleté. The procedure works on a similar principle. Nutrients important for the renewal of skin cells are injected into the skin of the face, décolleté, neck or the backs of the hands using tiny needles. The therapeutic substances stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which are responsible for the skin's elasticity and youthful appearance. As we age, these substances naturally diminish in the skin. However, mesotherapy can restart their production.

On the third day after the treatment, remove the bandage in the evening and gently remove the tampons fixed with the patch from your feet. You can also take a short shower. Then lie down in bed immediately and keep your legs horizontal.

Pain sensations during sclerotization of veins are individual. In addition to the injection itself, you may feel a slight burning or pinching sensation at the site of application of the solution. However, you will not feel any pain in the following days.

Sclerotherapy cannot be performed on immobile clients, those with allergies to the administered substance or people with acute inflammation of the veins. Clients with general infections, severe peripheral artery disease, acute heart disease and in the first trimester of pregnancy are also not eligible for treatment.

Yes, 24 hours after sclerotherapy, do not take medications that can affect blood clotting. These include, for example, aspirin, antirheumatic drugs, warfarin, heparin.

Yes, they are. Treat the injection sites with a special cream or gel recommended directly by your doctor. The cream is usually applied 2 times a day together with an external compression (i.e. a bandage) until the symptoms disappear.

The final result will not appear until one month after the treatment. It depends on the extent of the microvarix, but usually the procedure needs to be repeated 1-6 times, always about 1.5 months apart.

Acne has many forms and inflammatory phases, and every skin is actually a little different. Therefore, something different will help each person. The best way to do this is to tell the dermatologist at the clinic what's bothering you, and he or she will choose the best treatment for you based on your problem and skin type. We also treat acne scars or stretch marks with chemical peels, various other types of lasers, corticosteroids or IPL treatments.

We consider any serious illness and, of course, acute inflammatory conditions at or near the nipple to be contraindications. We also always warn our clients that due to the interruption of a part of the milk ducts during the procedure, there is a risk of being unable to breastfeed in the future. After the procedure, there may also be a decrease in nipple sensitivity or even numbness.
Of course, each client should be in good physical and mental condition before the surgery and should also undergo a comprehensive pre-operative examination before the procedure.

In nipple tuck surgery, the doctor breaks the connective tissue bands that pull the nipple inward from the breast. This can actually sever some of the milk ducts and the client would then lose the ability to breastfeed in the future because of this. However, this is not the rule and the doctor always tries to ensure that the client is not deprived of the opportunity to breastfeed by the procedure. However, we always warn our clients of the potential risk.
