"I've actuallybeen embarrassed my whole life because of my small breasts."

I was ashamed of wearing T-shirts or blouses with cleavage, and I didn't go to the swimming pool, for example. I sent my kids and my husband there alone. The idea of a stranger seeing my exposed flat chest was simply unbearable for me.

"I had dreamed of having breast surgery since I was 20."

But I lacked the courage to turn my wish into reality. Later, I got married and my husband liked me just the way I was, so there was basically no pressure to make a radical decision either. I just wasn't happy with myself anyway. Even my husband's constant encouragement and compliments just didn't change my zero self-esteem.

I remember being envious of all the women nature was more generous to back then. I couldn't get rid of my boob craze. And, of course, shopping for underwear and swimwear was another challenge. No bras ever fit me, and even when I reached for the smallest size, the cup was still empty.

Mrs Lenka had relatively small breasts and a subtle chest. For the most natural and beautiful effect I recommended her to choose anatomical implants of 315 ml size. These nicely accentuated the contours of Lenka's own breasts. I positioned the implants under the large pectoral muscles using a standard approach from the submental crease. The whole operation lasted just over an hour, went smoothly and without any complications. Not only am I very happy with the result of the procedure, but I can confirm that my client is as well, based on her last follow-up.
