1. ADEQUATE MOVEMENT
Regular movement is essential for burning fat and building muscle mass. And this includes both aerobic and strength training. Aerobic exercises such as walking, running or cycling help burn calories and improve fitness, while strength training helps build muscle and improve your overall physique. In addition, exercise improves mood thanks to the natural endorphin release.
If you're not a big fan of sports, don't give up at the first of the "P's". Gradually incorporate movement that you enjoy into your regime. 3. DRINKING REGIME

But there is no such thing as a drink. You should avoid drinks containing sugar and alcohol, which add calories and can hinder weight loss. Clear water without bubbles or herbal teas are best.
Getting enough fluids is closely related to flushing harmful substances out of the body. Their deposition can have health risks, for example on kidney function, but also adversely affect the lymphatic system or contribute to cellulite. More and more women, even active and slim women, are struggling with cellulite.
4. POSITIVE THINKING
It is important to have a positive attitude and believe that you will achieve your goal. It is also recommended to find motivation. The body can react to stress, strain and lack of sleep by storing fat or becoming excessively tired. Therefore, set your goals realistically. Be consistent, but not overly self-critical. Rejoice in small achievements such as looser clothes or better performance in sport. Otherwise, don't punish yourself unnecessarily. Take failure as a challenge and think about where the dog may be buried.
