Michal Puls, MD, has been practicing plastic surgery since 1987. He was one of the first surgeons at MEDICOM Clinic and also served as the head of the Prague branch of MEDICOM Clinic. Over the years he has contributed to the reputation of the clinic not only among Czech but also foreign clients.

He was drawn to medicine from a very early age and, due to his mother's influence, also to architecture. "In the end, I chose body architecture in medicine," explains Michal Puls, MD. He enjoys performing a variety of plastic surgeries, from minor facial procedures to major procedures such as abdominoplasty. He considers the purpose of aesthetic plastic surgery to be to achieve the most effective result with the smallest possible procedure.
